Business Center

I'm just hanging at the Alexan Farms business center, waiting for the rest of my study group to show up...it has been twenty minutes...I turned on the tele and am watching MadTV on Comedy Central...I can't wait for my sandwich from Foster's...I can always read Eric's blog because he updates it all the time while waiting for doc review pdfs to load...I'm going to play tennis tomorrow...argh I am bored...

Week in Review

Last week, I spent almost every night or afternoon practicing with my mock trial team above [pic posted without their permission]. We did extremely well in the competition, but I believe since it's a UNC-sponsored tournament, we unjustly lost to a UNC team. Oh well. I think I'll miss spending time with all my teammates. I'll still see them all during classes, but still.

I've also been sick, coughing every night so that I cannot sleep. I found out that codeine does not knock me out nor suppress my cough. I think I also may have gotten all but three mock trial teammates sick.

Life's a blast here, but I do look forward to winter break, when I'll get to taste grandma's home cooking, watch horror movies with mom, spend time with my wonderful sis [are you spending your break in Michigan, sis?], play with and sing to Corey the Pooh Dog, not do any homework, visit all my friends in the Bay Area and in L.A., shop for secondhand clothes, get my hair cut by Ed, and surprise my French group with a special appearance.
