I'm put off by the suspicious same-day reviews of Northpoint; it has a lot of crime, maybe just because it's bigger, but I don't like big places anyway.

Woodstone looks prettiest in the picture. Alexan looks so big; I wouldn't like to live in a big complex where all the buildings look the same.

So I guess I vote for Woodstone based on what I like, so that's a big caveat! I like pretty places in small complexes with sunshine through the windows and good location. Covered parking is a plus in places where it snows, ah if only I had covered parking...

Yes, Woodstone is my first choice. Unfortunately, they have a very limited number of 1br apartments. The other two places have a 60-day notice policy that will allow me to gauge availability by June, but Woodstone has a 30-day policy (which sucks now, but is the better policy once you start living there).

I'll probably have to sign up at either Alexan (I'm seventh on the waitlist) or North Pointe (I'm first), and then cross my fingers for Woodstone.
